I purchased some patio furniture from Walmart and they gave me an option to book assembly service with a company called Handy. The scheduling options they had weren’t ideal, but I made arrangements to take time off work to be there. Shortly before service, I got a text message saying my appointment had been rescheduled to another day. I was not happy I took off work and they didn’t bother to let me know they weren’t coming until minutes before the appointment! Then to top it off, they provided me a new date and time, and guess what? They did the exact same thing! I missed 2 days of work waiting for a service I never got. Thankfully I ended up finding National Assemblers and they were able to be there the very next day so I could enjoy my patio set. The technician who arrived was very professional and polite, and even fixed my loose door knob on her way out! Bud Harold, FL
